Doria said, in an interview with SunStar Cebu, that he was thankful to receive the award. He added that the cash prize will be used for his children’s education, advocacy, and his brainchild program, the Oplan Pokemon. “It will go to the education of my two children and the 36 foster students of the Cebu City Police Office,” Doria said. Oplan Pokémon was named after a popular augmented reality game, Pokémon Go, in which players try to catch virtual “pocket monsters”.
